~Pumpkin Purée Topped with Some Caramelized Onions & Smoked Apple Sausage~

For the Pumpkin Purée you'll need:

- a Butternut Squash

- 1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream

- 1/2 Bar of Butter

- 1/ 3 Cup of Greek Yogurt

Salt and Pepper to Taste.

-----Instructions-----

-Turn your Oven on to 400°F or 204°C.

- Cut your Butternut Squash in cubic smaller pieces, make sure to remove all seeds.

-Grab an Oven Pan, Place wax paper on it and place the squash pieces and spray with Olive Oil, and sprinkle on Salt, Pepper and Oregano.

-Bake for 40 to 60 min, take pan out and let it cool 20 min.

- Grab a bowl through your squash in with rest of ingredients and either mush it together or place in blender until smooth consistency.
